omnidesk 100 day risk free trial policy
At Omnidesk, we believe that you will love your setup as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your desk, you can return it for a refund within 100 days.
- This offer is only valid for the original purchaser.
- Please hold on to your packaging, as this is required to return items to us..
- The 100-day free trial begins on the day your desk is delivered to your address.
- If you wish to return your desk, you must notify us within business hours on or before the 100th day.
- Refunds apply to the cost of the products only. Installation fees and original shipping costs, including Navidium Shipping Protection (if purchased), will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed once transferred back to our warehouse, via the original method of payment. If you have paid via bank transfer, we will ask for your bank details to complete the transfer.
Collection Process
- Please include your order number and name and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
- Please pack your desk back in its original packaging, including packaging for frames, legs and any other accessories.
- We will send you return labels that will need to be printed and attached to the packaging.
- Melbourne and Metro Sydney areas will be collected by us free of charge (single desk purchases only). Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return shipping outside of these cities.
- Once we have received your items, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
