* For orders placed during our sales periods - please allow an additional 3-5 business days lead time.
* Lead time is only applicable to items that are currently in-stock.
* Lead time is still fully dependent on time-slot availability of logistics team and number of orders per day.
* "Working Days" is defined as Monday to Friday. Our team does not work on Sundays and Public Holidays.
* You must be located at the address provided at time of order - if this is an unoccupied address or no one is available to accept your order, you will be charged a re-delivery fee. We do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes.
*Occasionally orders are delivered by external couriers as multi-piece shipments, and the parcels may arrive at separate times. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for partial deliveries. Flat Pack Delivery service is currently 'To the Front Door'. Transport of boxes is not guaranteed from the courier van into the set up location and will need to be carried out by the customer.
- If you are within our Sydney and Melbourne Metro delivery areas, your order may be delivered by a friendly Omnidesk delivery driver if available. Our logistics team will be contacting you via text message/email on the day of your delivery to let you know a delivery window. (Monday-Friday, 11am - 5pm. excluding Public Holidays). Please note not all orders in Metro SYD/VIC may not be fulfilled by in house couriers, subject to availability.
- Our Omnidesk driver will contact you via phone call prior to delivery to confirm that they are on the way.
- If your delivery fails we will contact you via phone and/or email to reschedule this - you may be subject to an additional fee.
- Delivery is subject to the customer having full access for our drivers - they require suitable parking and allowances to your property (ie. lift access etc.) - this applies to Omnidesk drivers only, not our external couriers. We do not deliver upstairs to apartments or into your home - goods will be dropped off at the premises on the ground floor.
- The team will conduct an on-site assembly upon delivery if you have purchased the on-site assembly.
- If you have not purchased the on-site assembly, they will only be delivering the desk as flat-pack* to you.
- Should you require on-site assembly after delivery, the charges will be as follow; $150 On-site installation.
Installation will not be on the SAME day if requested after delivery has been done and is subject to further availability. - Orders of three or more desks will require a custom shipping quote. We highly recommend contacting us via email prior to placing orders of this nature.
Do kindly note that accessories (PC Mount, Drawer, Cable Spine) do not come with pre-drilled holes. Should you not own or have a drill, on-site assembly is highly recommended.
