What is the difference between the Signature Straight Edge and Ergonomic Curve?
The OMNIDESK Professional Ergo Curve features an ergonomic curved type desk top for extra comfort and a beautiful aesthetic. Those dents in your forearms will be no longer! Other than that, the models are identical mechanism wise.
Where is Omnidesk based? Are you an Australian company?
Omnidesk Australia is based in Melbourne through our office/showroom - when you contact us you are dealing directly with our local team.
Are your desks stable? - Do they wobble at all?
Every available standing desk is going to have some level of movement/wobble regardless of what brand they are. It is more a question of how stable they are/how much do they wobble - our desks are incredibly stable across the entire range we sell and we fully believe in our desks (including their stability!) which is why we have a 100 day free trial in place.
Can you make me a custom tabletop/desk?
At the moment we do not offer any customised desks - we sell a set range with 3 sizes (S, L and XL). Please see our product pages for further information on our available sizes.
Do you offer L shaped desks?
Not at the moment - but make sure to keep up to date with our social media and our website for any further product releases!
Do you have a showroom? Can I see/try the desks in person?
You can find us at our showroom at 400 Dynon Road, West Melbourne VIC 3003. We are open Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
What is the height/weight range of your desks?
The height range is 63 - 125cm for Omnidesk Pro 2020 with a maximum weight capacity of 140kg. The Omnidesk Kenshi height is 75.5cm* and can hold up to 130kg. *Numbers may vary due to the desk feet that we use and also allowance for the tabletop thickness.
What are your tabletops made of?
Our signature table tops are made from the highest grade MDF wood and cured with our specially formulated powder-coated surface. What separates us from the rest of the pack in terms of furnishing is this micro-textured powder coat surface made for mouse tracking, enabling the desk to function as a giant mouse-pad.
Our bamboo tops are made with solid bamboo and there are no harsh agents and chemicals are used in finishing our Eco Bamboo tops, protecting not only your desk but your indoor air quality.
Our Wildwood collection tabletops are made from solid wood, not vinyl or veneer. Amazingly Durable. Hevea belongs to the maple family, a true hardwood. In fact, it is one of the most durable wood used to manufacture furniture. It is strong, flexible, and resistant to fungus, bacteria, and mold. Owning a solid wood top means having a unique tabletop like no others.

Can I buy a frame/desktop on its own?
The beauty of the Omnidesk is the ability to upgrade or downsize it to your hearts content! We are happy to offer purchase of individual tops to our existing customers if they would like to upgrade down the line, or if they are downsizing and require a smaller top in our range. We are also happy to occasionally offer sales of frames for customers who request this. Just email our friendly team at omnidesk@aftershockpc.com.au for a quote. Please note we do not have a buyback scheme for your previous top and you will need to dispose/recycle it.
Can I purchase standalone accessories?
The Omnidesk is fully customisable to your hearts content, as such we are glad to be able almost all of our range of accessories to our customers for purchase separate from your Omnidesk. Where do you ship to?
We are proud to say that we ship Australia wide through both our personal Omnidesk drivers and our delivery partners.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been sent to our warehouse. We process all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase and so cannot guarantee that an order can be amended after it has been placed. Please ensure you contact us ASAP if you would like to make an amendment to your order.
Can I pick up my order?
As we do not hold stock in our showroom, we are unable to offer a click and collect service. All orders will be delivered via courier and appropriate shipping fees will apply.
What happens if I order a "Pre-order" desk/item?
When we know we have products arriving in the not-too-distant future, we like to let you know and give you the opportunity to pre-order that product so that you do not miss out when the product arrives. When a product that has been pre-ordered arrives, we always aim to dispatch it to you within the next 1-3 business days. While we put estimated delivery dates for arrival of pre-ordered products on our website, these dates can change as delays can occur that are out of our hands. Sometimes products arrive earlier and occasionally they arrive later than our original estimated date. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, but if you are ordering by pre-order please do not rely on it being there by a specific date – we prefer to under-promise and over-deliver so the greater risk is that items will arrive sooner than indicated on our website.
**Please note, if you have purchased 1 pre-order item, your entire order will be withheld from delivery until this item is restocked. If you would like to release the remainder of your order, additional freight charges will apply.
Can you hold my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold orders in our warehouse for dispatch at a later date. We dispatch our orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. We are unable to offer specific day delivery, so if you require your order to arrive before or after a certain date - please consider our current lead time before purchasing.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Unfortunately, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse we are unable to amend or make changes to the delivery address.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Due to the nature of our products we are not able to ship to PO boxes at all - we only ship to residential or commercial addresses. If you enter a PO box address at checkout someone from our friendly customer service team will be in contact to get a valid delivery address.
What is Navidium Package Protection?
While we try our best to get your new Omnidesk to you as soon as possible, occasionally things may not go 100% to plan. Navidium Package Protection offers peace of mind knowing that on the slight chance your product arrives damaged, you’ll get a priority replacement so you can enjoy your new product as soon as possible.
You will be receiving priority service as soon as you lodge your claim with us, ensuring that your claim is sorted as soon as possible and an outcome achieved, thanks to our friendly team!
What if I am ordering more than one desk?
We are happy to cover the shipping cost for up to 2 desks with the flat rate shipping cost you are charged on the website - purchase of 3 or more desks will mean that our team will need to get a specialised quote for you, you will be emailed an invoice for the additional cost to get this bulk order couriered to your premises.
Will you deliver upstairs/to my apartment? Can I be called before delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate custom delivery requests, such as calling in advance or on arrival, scheduling specific delivery dates and times, or leaving the package in a specific location. We do not deliver upstairs to apartments or into your home - goods will be dropped off at the premises on the ground floor.
When will I receive my tracking information?
We endeavour to send you tracking information within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Please note that at times this can be extended due to public holidays etc. Tracking information is only processed during our open hours and can take between 24-72 hours to update.
Does my desk arrive assembled? What is flat pack delivery?
To save our customers money on delivery fees our desks are not assembled, but are sent via flat pack delivery - this means that they arrive and are self-assembled by the customer. This is a great way to keep our desks and delivery charges affordable.
I've only received part of my order?
Occasionally our delivery partners split up deliveries due to size, or other constraints. If you only receive part of your order, don't worry as the rest of it will arrive within the quoted delivery time frame (typically 9-14 working days). If your order does not arrive within this time please contact us and we will follow up on your behalf.
How long does shipping take?
We endeavour to get your desk to you ASAP. Please note it can take additional time to deliver your order if there are restrictions, if you order during a sale, etc. For Australia wide delivery time frames please see our full shipping policy.
A part of my order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item from your order please utilise either process a claim via your Route Package protection for a quick replacement. Otherwise please contact our customer service team at
What is covered within your warranty?
We provide warranty with all of the Omnidesk products we sell. Our Omnidesk Pro 2020 (and Wildwood range) come with 7 years warranty with the ability to extend another 3 years to a total of 10 years. Our accessory range comes with a 1 year warranty. Please view our full Warranty Policy.
What are the terms of your 100 day free trial?
You can find the terms and conditions of our 100 day free trial. Please note, the 100 day trial does not cover individual accessories or parts of the desk and is for the entire order only. For accessory returns or change of mind please see our ‘Returns’ policy above.

How can I extend my warranty?
Omnidesk is proud to offer a free 3 year extended warranty to our Omnidesk Pro 2020 customers who leave a review post on their public social media (Facebook/Instagram) account. Please visit our warranty extension page for more information and a redemption form.
How do I assemble my Omnidesk?
You will find that your brand new Omnidesk has arrived with a manual to assist you to build your desk in no time at all! If you have misplaced this please contact our customer service team and we would be happy to help.
Does your desk come with pre-drilled holes?
Our desk tops come with pre-drilled holes for the installation of your Omnidesk frame, keypad and cable management bar. Any other items you wish to install on your desk may require the use of a drill or screwdriver. We have so many combinations of accessories available for purchase that if we pre-drilled holes for all of them this would affect the integrity of our table tops - so we have made the decision to not do this, to allow for our customers to freely fit any of their accessories as suits them.
Do I need a drill or other tools to assemble my Omnidesk and accessories?
Do kindly note that some of our accessories (PC Mount, Drawer, Cable Spine) do not come with pre-drilled holes. Should you not own or have a drill, on-site assembly is highly recommended.
Can I have my desk assembled?
We are happy to be able to offer desk assembly within Metro Sydney and Melbourne - please see our Delivery and Assembly page for more information.
How do I care for my brand new Omnidesk?
Please find information on caring for your brand new Omnidesk Table Care. We do recommend that you use a desk mat/keyboard on any desk and that you always use a coaster for any drinks that you intend to keep on your desk.
